Refunds & Damaged Products
- Please note that I do not offer refunds. However, I take great care in ensuring that all items are in perfect condition before shipping.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. All orders are tracked, so I can easily verify delivery details. You can either exchange the damaged item or receive a replacement.
- I trust my customers will understand that while I cannot offer refunds, I am committed to providing the best products and service possible. I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks, though external factors like postal delays or busy periods may affect delivery times.
- I ship all orders with tracking numbers to ensure safe delivery, and you'll be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges that may apply upon arrival.
Order Cancellations & Custom Orders
- Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately, and cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- I do not accept custom orders but am open to suggestions. If you have ideas for new products or designs, feel free to submit them here. However, submitting an idea does not guarantee I can fulfil it or complete it immediately.
Reselling Prohibition
- All products are made for personal use or gifting only. Reselling of my handmade items is strictly prohibited. Please respect the craftsmanship and creativity involved in making each piece.
